Named after Harry Dodson

An English Head Gardener on the Chilton Estate for the Ward family from 1947 until his retirement in 1981. He became a celebrity as a result of the BBC television documentary series The Victorian Kitchen Garden which featured his professional expertise and his reminiscences

Manufactured from mild steel and glazed with polycarbonate.
This Lantern cloche has been designed with a nod to the past.


This sturdy structure will withstand almost all weather conditions. and is an ideal way of protecting young plants in the garden.



As the weather warms, the top can be rotated 45 degrees, allowing ventilation to help plants thrive.

The Cloche can be used as a mini greenhouse simply by placing sown pots or trays inside for early germination.
